Orders without a confirmed request on file may be delayed, placed on hold, or refunded.

Small replacement parts can be easier to protect when shipped together with another product. For eligible confirmed cases, we can include the replacement part with your product order at no additional parts fee.

Replacement parts typically arrive within 2–3 weeks after confirmation.
Because replacement parts are often small and lightweight, standalone shipments can be more likely to be delayed, misplaced, or damaged in transit. If you are planning to buy another DIY kit, we recommend adding your confirmed replacement part to the same order.
