This page is for customers who have already submitted a Replacement Parts Request Form and received a confirmation reply from our team. Please do not place an order here before we confirm your case — orders placed without prior confirmation may be delayed or refunded.
How the process works
- Submit the request form first — tell us your order number, the specific part needed, and attach clear photos. 👉 Open the Replacement Parts Request Form
- Wait for our confirmation — we'll reply within 2 business days. Our reply will tell you:
- Whether your replacement is free (missing / damaged on arrival) or requires a cost-recovery fee (damaged or lost during your own assembly);
- The exact item to add to your cart on this page;
- The quantity and any special notes for checkout.
- Place your order on this page — only after you receive our confirmation email. Please select the item and quantity exactly as instructed in our reply.
- Leave your case number in the order notes — this helps us match your payment to your replacement request and ship it out faster.
- Receive your replacement — once payment is confirmed, your parts will typically arrive within 2–3 weeks. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Why confirmation is required first
Every book nook kit has dozens of small, unique parts. Without checking your photos and order details first, we can't be sure which exact part to send you. Confirming your request before checkout helps us:
- Make sure you get the correct part the first time;
- Apply any free replacement you qualify for, so you don't overpay;
- Avoid shipping delays caused by mismatched orders or refunds.
Please note
- Orders placed without a confirmed request on file may be put on hold or refunded.
- If your case qualifies for a free replacement (missing or damaged on arrival, reported within 30 days), you do not need to place an order here — we'll ship it out directly.
- Cost-recovery fees only cover the part and shipping — we do not profit from replacement orders.
- Please use the same shipping address as the one confirmed in your request, or let us know in the order notes if it has changed.
